Our Gelateria: A Visual Guide

A quick tour of the Brera location — the counter, the light, the neighbourhood, and the ritual of choosing your scoops.

Our Gelateria: A Visual Guide

When we designed the Brera gelateria, we wanted it to feel like a natural extension of the neighbourhood. Brera is full of art galleries, small bookshops, and quiet courtyards. Our space is a corner room with a large window that opens onto the street in summer.

The counter is stainless steel and white marble — cold, clean, designed to put the gelato in focus. The flavours sit in stainless steel pans (not plastic tubs) behind a glass shield, and the light is warm but not yellow. We want the gelato to look like itself, not like a photograph of itself.

In the summer, the window is open, and people sit on the stone ledge outside. The ritual is always the same: you look at the flavours, you ask for a taste of something unexpected, you choose two scoops, and you walk out into the courtyard. It is a simple transaction, but it is also a small daily pleasure — and those are the moments we build the brand around.
